We may collect: your name, date of birth, contact details, Medicare, DVA, NDIS or health-fund details, referral information, claim details (WorkCover, CTP), medical history, and information relating to your treatment.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used to provide physiotherapy services, communicate about appointments, process claims and rebates, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services.

3. Analytics & marketing cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand website usage and measure marketing performance. These tools may collect anonymised information such as pages viewed, device type and interactions (e.g. clicks on booking, call or email links). You can opt out via your browser settings or ad-preferences with Google and Meta.

4. Disclosure of information

We may share information with your treating GP, referring practitioner, plan manager, insurer, Medicare, the NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, CTP insurer or health fund — only as required to deliver care, prepare requested reports and process claims, or where required by law.

5. Storage & security

Records are stored securely (physical and electronic) with access limited to authorised staff. We take reasonable steps to protect against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

6. Access, correction & complaints
